How to Return

Initiate Return Request
Go to My Orders, select the item, and click "Request Return". Choose your reason for return.

Pack the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Pickup Scheduled
Our courier partner will contact you to schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours.

Quality Check
Once received, we'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processed
Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We've got you covered!
- Exchange for different size/color of the same product
- Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value
- Pay the difference for items of higher value
Important Notes
- • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer.
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
